jpegs HELP!

I'm having a problem, when I try to save a jpeg in IE6
with the update packages, sometimes it recognizes the
picture as a jpeg, and sometimes it will only save as a
bitmap. The same picture tried several times will come
back one time as jpeg, the next it will only save as a
bitmap.

My system is networked and uses a router and switches.

Is it a program error, network error? This is driving me
crazy, if you can help email me ASAP!

Hi Don,

Your Temporray Internet Files folder might be full. Try emptying it
(Tools, Internet Options, TIF: Delete files).

Hans! I think your a genious! I did not realize that file
was so big. But that seems to have correct the problem.

For future reference, do you know why that affects the way
IE save pictures?
