My computer started downloading images in bitmap instead
of jpegs. How do I change this?

This didn't happen until I downloaded the new google
toolbar. Images were downloaded as jpeg's.

It's got nothing to do with the Google Toolbar

after images are in the My Pictures Folder, open them

go to save as
Save as Type :jepg
