I am unable to open an e-mail attachment with a jpeg
file. Do I need to download something from microsoft or
enable something in my computer?
 
In Outlook Express, tools, options, security tab, un-tick "Do not allow attachments
to be save or opened that could potentially be a virus". Be sure your virus software
is up to date.
