Jpeg files as attachments

I upgraded my computer from Windows ME to XP. Now when I open an email with
an jpeg attachment I get the following message: THE SYSTEM CNNOT FIND THE
FILE SPECIFIED. I am able to open the file but I get this message everytime.
Also, when I originate emails with attached jpeg files 50% of the
receiptants can't open or see the file. What's changed?
 
This is less an XP thing than a difference in the default settings for
either Internet Explorer or Outlook Express. Try looking in both programs
for an option to filter attachments (liek JPGs) and turn it off.
