Journaling

I started up journaling in Outlook but nothing is showing up. Is it not
retroactive with regard to past emails, documents, etc.?
 
Couldn't you just drag the stuff you want to the "journal"? So long as you
have a contact name in the item, I think that would work for older stuff.
 
That's a totally different question. Sure, you can create journal items
manually.

Was just thinking of the "retroactive" part of the problem. Once you got the
old ones you want in, you would auto-journal all new stuff.
