Journal Office 2000

Am I onto something at last - reading these other problems experienced by
other users I am seeing that my Journal in Office 2000 stopped functioning
from when I upgraded my OS to XP Prof in March06. I have checked the Outlook
Journal settings time and again - they are correct. Is thee a setting that
has to be made in XP to allow it to start recording again???

Have you already tried running a Detect and Repair operation on your Office
installation? The command is on the Help menu of any of your installed
Office products. Make sure you have your installation CD at hand.

Hi, Sorry for the delay but I did not get a notification of response. YES, I
have run the dtect & repair function a few times during the interval but with
no successful change. It all seeems to have happened at the time of changing
over to XP as an OS.
Very inconvenient as I need to follow up on my activities in quite some
detail.
