Journal not autotracking MS documents

I have Office Xp at work, and I am not able to autotrack any Microsoft
documents, even though the boxes are checked in Journal options. Any
suggestions??????
 
Hi Nicole,
I was confounded by this and while I can't explain why, it seemed that after
I archived the very large dataset in the Journal (9.5 mb) it began tracking
the files again.
There may be a 10 mb cap on it.
I wish I knew more about outlook.
I'm sure it could be more useful.
