As of March 1, 2008 my journal in Outlook 2002 no longer records my actions
for MS Word and MS Excel.
I have not changed any of the settings in my Outlook and when I go to Tools,
Options, Journal Options the fields for MS Word and Excel are still checked
for recording.
Any idea what is going on?
The Outlook that I am using is on a shared drive, but I am the only one who
uses it every day, so it records only my actions.
