Did you try 7-zip?
Got it. Installed it. Can't find any clear information on the NetGet Unrar for windows.

I don't think you want to join the RARs. Extract what's inside them
first(.wmv, mgp, avi. etc). then join. Except for HJ SPlit, which only
works on files that were split with it, I haven't found a free joiner that
doesn't have some kind of limitations. Perhaps someone else has.
That's a good one and it works, but it's a command line utility according to the site. Iceows is what I use:

It's the only one I've tried that never makes a mess of what it extracts. And all you have to do is to right click on the first file, the tell it to extract wherever you want.
I've got 7-Zip. It works great for expanding RAR files, but I didn't
know it would join numbered RAR parts together. I could expand each
part with it, but then I'd have a bunch of separate parts, wouldn't
I? I'm new to this whole downloading RAR multipart movies from Usenet.
I have done successfully very similar thing with 7-zip a couple of
times. It goes like this: you have to have all the numbered rar-files
in same directory (folder) and then you start extracting all of those
files by extracting the first one (for exaple: file0000.part001.rar) by
using "extract here" and the rest is done automatically.

Sound promising. I will give it a try.
been split by a 3rd party program. Multipart rar files can be named in 2
different ways. "filename"part001.rar, "filename" par002.rar, etc. or
"filename".rar, "filename".r00, "filename".r01, etc, etc. To decompress a
rar file point the decompression program to either "filename"part001.rar or
"filename".rar depending on which way they were named.
