Joining new additional domain controller to Domain

Hi there,

I have the question that when we join additional domain controller to
the domain, what is exactly DNS entry I have to input to the computer that
it will be an additional domain controller ?

Our infrastructure that:
Currently have 3 domain controller,
1st DC, has DNS, WINS with 5 FSMO, is also GC (DNS1, DNS2 point to itself)
2nd DC, has DNS, no FSMO, is also GC (DNS1 to itself and DNS2 to 1st DC's)
3rd DC, has DNS, no FSMO, is also GC (DNS1 to itself and DNS2 to 1st DC's)dcpromo for this server ?

I think I should specify the DNS1 & DNS2 of 4th DC to be 1st DC's DNS IP
address, after that I will do dcpromo and after the dcpromo is done, I will
install DNS, and specify the DNS1 pointing to itself (4th DC's IP) and DN2
pointing to 1st DC's DNS IP.

Any one's suggestion will be greatly helpful!!!
