Joining Domain

While Trying to join a 2000 server to a domain it gives an
Access Denied error - never seen before. Please help.
 
Hi,
First u create username in windows 2000 server.
then go to workstation and add user into server.
If u protect joining user through passwords, give
correct password when u r joing user to server.
