Joining domain via VPN

Hi all,

I have the following scenario. An employee working from home on WinXP Pro
will connect to the office server - Win2000 Server domain controller.

I have set her up with VPN to connect in and she is currently set up as a
Workstation dialing in essentially.

I was wondering if there is a way to have her join the domain via VPN. Not
sure if this is possible since she first has to login to her local machine
to even start the VPN session.

Any ideas?

Not possible with a VPN client - possible if you have two firewalls/routers
making the VPN connection.
