Joining Domain Prob from XP

I have windows 2000 server with service pack 4 and a large number of nodes
running Win98 and winxp professional
Recently im facing a problem that when i try to join a winxp based PC's to
the Domain i get a message that
"The directory database was unable to allocate a relative id"
NOTE: My existing PC's running xp who already join Domain in the past
facing no problem to connect to Domain this problem only occur if i join a
new xp base pc to domain
