If you're referring to the Community Public Preview of Beta 2, its not
possible even if it were accepted, since the program is now closed,
and no new keys are being issued.
And as far as I know, RC1 will only be released to those who were part
of the CPP of Beta 2 (and MSDN/Technet/Beta program members who pay
for it, of course).
