I'd appreciate your comment about jet heads refilling operation in
general.

I'd also like to know if the ink cartridges of the following printers
are refillable easily and without risks:
-HP 3650 and 3660,
-Canon i350

The Canon is easiest by far. AFAIK, you have to watch vacuum balance
in HP carts, and possibly bother with the cart ID.
