Jet Database error

Hi All,
we have started to get the following error

General database error occurred, Can't allocate a session
from ESE - error -1203 JET_errDatabaseNotFound, No such
database.

Anyone seen this before ?

When are you getting this error ? Is it connected to specific behaviour ?
Are all your services started and running ? Can you post your detailed event
log ?
