Issue with Terminal Server Licensing and Jet SP8

Server running W2K Server SP3.

Terminal Server Licensing will not start. It says:

General database error occurred, Can't initialize ESE
instance - error -514 JET_errBadLogVersion, Version of log
file is not compatible with Jet version.

I believe that this was caused by the installation of the
Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8, but cannot be certain.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any eventlog entries for this, and if so, what
are the eventids? You might want to go to eventid.net and
lookup your error there.

As a side thought...since you have upgraded the Jet
Database, have you thought about upgrading to SP4 to see
if that helps the logfile version coflict?
