Jet 4.0 Version Check

When I right-click on my msjet40.dll file, properties,
version, it reads 4.0.8618.0 << which according to
a chart-table on MS.com is release level - Security
Bulletin MS 04 - 014. ??
Does this mean that All my files are up to date?
