jdbgmgr.exe file hoax

I have found the above hoax on my computer in
C://Windows/system. The type is Application.I have been
able to successfully send it to the recycle bin but when I
conduct a further search it is still in the system. I
cannot delete it permanently from my system. Can you help
please?
 
The information to remove the file is a hoax!!! Do not remove the file, you
need it.
