Hi. I am unable to download javascript at sites that say I
need it to use the website. My windows xp automatically
updates, so when I go to the update site it doesn't need
one. D you know what I can do?

Are you sure you don't mean "java", as opposed to "javascript"? You can
download the genuine, official java virtual machine for Windows here:

http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_manual.jsp

It won't hurt to install it, even if it's not what you need, but you might
want to visit the sites you mentioned once more, and read the informational
messages very carefully.
