I had to reinstall my AOL software. After that, I can't log into the AOL help
site. I keep getting the message that cookies and Javascript must be enabled.
They are enabled. The AOL help site is the only place I get that message.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Hi Susanherna :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using so I can only guess
at a suggestion. Try the following and see if it helps:

If you have McAfee Anti-virus disable it from the start up and then restart,
or delete it comepletely. Hitting disable from the task bar is not enough.

Disable Google or Yahoo toolbar.

Hope this helps.
