Whichever is your default browser, I suppose. On the other hand, since
it's an email, it may be talking about your email client. Browsers all
(I think) have Javascript enabled by default. *Many, many* sites use
Javascript, and lots of things wouldn't work right if it were turned
off. To test it, go to maps.google.com. If you can drag the maps
around, zoom in and out, etc, then your browser is executing
Javascript.
Many email clients don't honor Javascript by default, because that can
result in nasty things happening that you don't know about.
