javascript problem - please help

Is that URL which is the first parameter of the popupWin() function
cached? What happens if you try entering just that string (all the
characters between the first set of singlequotes) prefixed by the
appropriate domain name, in your Address bar?
 
Check with Microsoft site there is a known problem (caused by litigation)
concerning VM after SP1/SP1a.

That worked. What do I need to do in order to
get the whole thing to work?
