javascript in home page address

I have the following text in my ie6 home page address:

javascript:resizeTo(900,900);moveTo(190,25);document.location.href="http://www.msnbc.com/"

It resets the browser window size & location everytime I start ie6.

I am running WinXP Home and since the SP2 install, the above does not work. The
browser window opens and immediately closes again, so I assume a new "feature"
of the upgrade is a security setting that disallows javascript in the home page
address. I am looking for assistance in locating the over-ride switch so I can
disable, or enable, this feature.

I can cut and paste the text into an open browser window's address bar and it
executes fine.

TIA

Hi,
Sounds like the pop-up blocker tool in IE. Try disabling it from Tools>
Pop-up blocker.

I was hopeful, but there is something else still closing the window.
Thanks for the suggestion.
