JavaScript in an Outlook 2003?

Is is possible to embed a Javascript into an Outlook 2003 HTML formated
email? I'd like to place an animated count down clock in a email broadcast
to all employees.
 
No, that's not possible. For security reasons, Outlook 2003 by default does not run code in HTML-format messages.
