Go to Tools in Internet Explorer. Click on Internet
Options. Select Security tab. Click Custom Settings
button. Find Microsoft VM. Change Security to medium if
it is set to high. That should help if you have Java. If
not, you need to install Java. Even at medium security,
some java will not display. I wouldn't trust it anyway.
Hope that was the problem.
