Hello. I have windows XP. All of a sudden I am recieving this popup on
certain sites that I've been to many times. Can you explain whats causing it
and how to fix it? Thank You.

Since your subject says "java", i will assume you have associated it with
that, so lets assume that it is your java. Try to download the Java 2
Platform from here: http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp

In internet explorer, within options, you've turned on "show java console",
which means anytime you visit a site requiring java to activate, the "java
console" will pop up. Just go back into options and uncheck the box.
