Since installing Windows XP my internet programs that use
java scripts won't work. I don't know how to turn on this
function in XP. Please help as I cannot view streaming
quotes from my Scottrade account.

In Control Panel - Internet Options, security, highlight INternet Zone
and either:

Click Default and select Medium on the slider

Or if you prefer to leave other settings, click Custom, and at the
bottom, three groups of Settings under 'Scripting' - select 'Enable' in
each
