Java Virtual Machine

I just got a new computer. I have Windows XP home
installed. I have every XP critical update installed
including Service Pack 1. I don't have Jave Virtual
Machine which effects some web sites I want to use. Is
there a way to get it. I thought it came with Service
Pack 1. Please help. Thank you
