I just purchased a new computed with Windows XP home.
While trying to get technical support from AOL, they
prompted me to download Java virtual machine. I clicked
the box and transferred me to Microsoft. I have an icon
on this new computer with Java Plug-in 1.3.1_02 and Java
Plug-in 1.3.1. Please help.

Hi

Take a look at this post by Jim Byrd to get some information on how to add
MS JVM to your OS installation::

If you are running Windows XP with no MS JVM installed, start with
installing v. 3805 (disregard that the post say Win2000 SP4, it will
install on WinXP as well).
