java script error

Hello,

Recently when I open the IExplorer I get "Java Plug-in 1.3.1_01 cannot
be located because values in the Registry Key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in\1.3.1_01 is not found or
is no longer valid" error. There is a key for this but and later version in
c:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_02. How can I fix this? Thank you.

That is an old version of Java too. You better get the new version: "
j2re-1_4_2_xx-windows-i586-p.exe", which you can download from this
website: http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

I would uninstall the previous version, "Java Plug-in 1.3.1_01" which
you probably already did. Check in Windows "Add/Remove Programs" in
"Control Panel."
