Java Script/Applets will not load and run

You probably have seen this a thousand times, but one more
time for me, please.

Have IE Ver. 6.0.2800.1106 on one of our PC. The other has
Ver. 6.0.2800.1106IC. The latter will not load or run Java
applets. Have parallel checked the advanced settings and
all seem to be the same.

The only difference I note is under Security-Internet that
the functioning system has a sub-section "Microsoft VM"
while the pc with "IC" on the end of the version number
does not have that sub-section.

My desire is to get java applets running on all machines.

Understand that because of a court decision Microsoft will stop all Java
support after 30 SEP 04 and is recommending

that you use the Sun JRE.
