Java Scripting and Java are not options to turn on or off
in Internet options, Advanced section. Do I have to
find virtural Machine somewhere or what. Any Ideas?

Javascript is enabled/disabled in each individual Security Zone (set "Active
scripting" to something other than Disable), as are "Java permissions" and
"Scripting of Java applets". Java *is* enabled in the Advanced section --
under Microsoft VM, ensure "JIT compiler" is checked.
