java problem

every time i try to log on to pogo it tells me i need to
load java virtual machine. to view the page correctly but
when i try to load it it makes me go to windows updates
and then i load them and it still will not let me on to
pogo so where can i find java virtual machine and load
this by it self so that i can play on pogo i have just go
windows xp professional on my computer and now it will
not let me on so help me so that i can play pogo

To verify your version, go to Start/Run and type in: wjview

MS JVM Version 3809

Once 3809 is installed you can get the Update 3810 - 816093 or use the link
above: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=816093

If this is not the issue:
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 msjava.dll
