Java for chat

For some reason my Java will no longer open the chat rooms. It looks llike
it will then I get a small X in the upper lft corner. Help please!

Try going to search at:http://www.msn.com Type:Microsoft Java Virtual
Machine In results,locate a 3rd party for the download,it has x86 on it.Once
installed,get the update from windows update catalog,windows server 2003
web edition.The MJVM is the 1st listed,its for xp.
