I had the same problem two days ago. If you are running xp
and IE 6.0 or greater you will have to download and
install the"sun java script (VM)" in order for your pc to
operate properly. You will net a netpassport to do so. XP
is a pain in the butt, I know. It's as if we all have to
be IT people at home on our on personal computers.
