I have just run a scan of an updated version of AVG and it sais that I am
infected with seven viruses of this type: Java/ByteVerify

But it shows that it is "embedded" and cannot heal, delete or otherwise
remove.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Please describe EXACLY where this Trojan was found.

Specifically, what files and directories.

Java/ByteVerify files/directories

I said EXACLTY.

Your added reply to this thread describes NOTHING.

If you want help, state exactly WHERE (fully qualified path) the infected file is located !
