How can I display Japanese fonts in Pocket Internet Explorer?

Well, you could try it by installing some fonts that actually have the
characters in them and then setting up the page to call out those fonts for
the text. Might work...

Isn't there any Asian Languages pack such that in Windows XP?

No, there are few add-on products from MS for Windows CE-based devices, like
PPC. There are Asian versions of the PPC itself and an OEM can build a
device which has Chinese, Japanese or Korean as its basic language, but
those devices are not directly retargeted (the memory constraints of a small
device don't allow total flexibility, as you have on the desktop).
