Japanese /English Translation

Using IE6, can someone tell me if it is possible to go to
a Japanese Website and have it translated to english ?

I have a Japanese website, written in japanese, is there
anything available to translate the website to english?

Nothing inherent in the OS or in Internet Explorer.

If I were doing the site myself, I might buy a copy of Microsoft Word for
English and one for Japanese and see if the translation options worked
there.

If not, then perhaps one of the many, many third-party Internet translation
sites like (for example, Babblefish or such) might assist.
