Japanese Database

I have created a database for a client in the U.S. However the information
in the database is for a Japanese customer. Is there any way to convert the
whole database, structure and data to the Japanese language?

I have worked with various solutions for this, however it requires rebuilding
the entire database from scratch, so for an easy answer, I would say no. For
a 4 day conversion answer, I would say yes.
