Thoughts I really didn't want to have whie I was eating breaky thanks Taffy....:p But yes the mind boggles
 
It's rather sad really.
Presume the operation will be to reduce their overall weight & possibly a gastric band etc.
 
He'll have to change his whole lifestyle. An operation will only be a short term fix i'd say.
I wish him good luck.
