J10 - Cannot see remote systems in browser

I have an issue where one of my remote offices PCs are not appearing in my
window exploder under network places. I thought it might be a WINS issue at
first, but WINS seems to look good. Any areas that someone might point me in
to look at to resolve this problem. Been digging through the Event Log, but
nothing sticking out so far. I'll await some pointers, then dig some more!
