J++ and XP - jview fails to launch

I have recently installed XP (SP2) on my PC and then installed Visual
J++. Although the projects build correctly and can be executed
outside of the Visual Studio IDE, when I try to run them from inside
Visual J++, I get an error message indicating than jview failed to
launch. I have also tried wjview with the same results. Note that my
Visual Studio with J++ is running the latest service pack (6).

Here's what you need to do. Go to start, run type cmd. Then type format c:
and you should be all set.

Linux can't make Carch stupid since Carch was already stupid. Carch has
Rett's Syndrome (suffered arrested brain development) so do not expect
much from Carch. Notice Carch also doesn't say much in his posts
because, well, his other hand is very busy entertaining himself. That's
why he can use just one hand with the mouse to copy and paste the same
moronic drivel he repeatedly posts to rub us while his other hand is
energetically rubbing himself.

It's been too long since I used J++. I remember during the install that
it reported the Java it would install was old or the system didn't have
it (more likely) and sent me off to a Microsoft web page to get it
before I could continue the install of J++. Maybe it is configured to
look in a particular path for its executables and it is getting an older
jview.exe from there whereas you use the latest one available on the
system in the PATH when you run outside of the IDE.

Report him to his ISP in regard to his attempts to corrupt users'
computers. From his headers:

NNTP-Posting-Host: adsl-68-77-52-47.dsl.emhril.ameritech.net 68.77.52.47

Ameritech.net is owned by SBC where Yahoo is managing those accounts.
