I've lost the "Outlook Today" Page

My new Vista Home Premium laptop came with a trial of Office 2007. Not sure
if I'd use it, I loaded my Office 2003 for Academics and Students. The
install went fine. But after I opened and configured Outlook the first time,
I kept getting error messages. Either I was asked if I wanted to save the
"Normal.Dot" template, and replace the old one and when I said "no," my
Outlook Today "Home Page" wouldn't not come up. I cann access mailboxes, but
when I click on "Personal Folders" I receive a message that the program
couldn't navigate to that page.
I've unintalled, re-booted, re-installed, all to no avail, as well as tried
a "repair," again with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Diane,
When Office 2003 installed, I just followed the installation. As I had said
in the post, it did come up at first. I hadn't changed any settings, when I
started to get the "Replace Normal.Dot" prompt and then Outlook Today would
no longer appear.
Thank you.

Here's a quick update since this morning...
I have completely uninstalled all Office 2003 files and re-installed the
software. Each and every time, Outlook 2003 works fine, EXCEPT when I click
on "Personal Folders," "Outlook Today" will NOT appear. Instead I receive an
error message, "This Web Page Cannot Be Displayed." Apparently, this install
is missing a file outlwvw.dll which I cannot find either on my new system (I
hate the new "Search" function in Vista!) or on the Office 2003 disc. And I
have been unable to find any comments or remarks on this problem anywhere on
the Office Online web sites. I will deeply appreciate anyone's help that will
get me back to my trusty OUTLOOK:TODAY!

right click on the folder, choose properties, home page tab. Check the path
and Reset it.
