I've lost row1 on my spreadsheet

I have lost row 1 on my spreadsheet and cannot recover it.
It shows up on print preview, but not on my normal view
Please can anyone help
 
hi,
check to see if it is hidden or if the row heighth has
been set to 0.
 
And if those two didn't help, check to see if you have windows|freeze panes
turned on.
