how can i fix this

this window pops up every now and again
windows could not load the installer for display

this happens when i go to device manager and click properties for my
graphics card (nvidia GeForce Fx 5600) and my icon for display has
disappeared from the control panel...?"?!?!?!, how can i get it back and stop
the above message appearing

Go to nVidia support. Find the instructions for removing, and then
reinstalling, the video driver. Follow the instructions exactly.
