I've enabled frontpage extensions but things still won't work

I'm new to all this, I've got myself some space and gone in to the control
panel and enabled the frontpage extensions, which went ok.
I've produced a email form and a message board using frontpage and they both
come back with this page when I test them after uploading the pages:-

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.

What am I missing?

Help please

Make sure you publish using
http://yourdomain.com
If you publish using ftp:// you corrupt
the extensions, and also FrontPage
does not publish all of the necessary
files to operate your forms.

also, are you publishing to a server that in fact has fp extensions in
stalled on it? It won't work unless your host has them installed on the
server.

I am having this same problem. I am also trying to upload using http under file....publish...

it asks for user name and password which I supply. It does not accept this. It just pops back up with user name and password.

What can I do to get around this but I still need forms...
