I've correctly inserted a bookmark, but won't work

I've inserted bookmarks many times, but for some reason on a certain website,
a box pops up and says there are no bookmarks in this website. I've put them
in properly, saved them, but it won't let me use them. Did I do something to
prevent this under page tools or something? I must have reset controls.
 
Do you have a URL we can look at?

Open the pages w/ the bookmarks before you try to link to them from other pages
