when updating my itunes, I have not been able to open the newer version. The
installation was ok, but it will not open, it trys but immediatrly goes of
the screen before I have the opportunity to accept the agreement.

I have tried reinstalling several times but no good as of yet!!

i would try looking for an i-pod support group on the web, its a problem with
their software, nothing to do with windows or microsoft... ;-)
