Itunes Video Insert

I purchase video on Itunes and I'd like to use it in a presentation. Is that
possib;e? If so, can I doctor it so that I only play certain sections. It
is listed as a .M4V file

No, not on a PC for a number of reasons. First the video is protected with
DRM, it's an Apple product, and it's mpeg-4.
